Breath State™ is a proprietary framework.

All text, definitions, diagrams, and structural elements associated with the Breath State™ framework are protected by copyright and trademark law.

Permitted Use (Without License)

The following uses are permitted without prior written permission, provided attribution is accurate and complete:

• Quoting short excerpts for commentary, critique, or academic discussion
• Referencing the framework descriptively in articles, presentations, or conversations
• Linking to the canonical source materials
• Citing the framework as an explanatory lens without modification

All permitted uses must:

• preserve original terminology
• avoid paraphrasing definitions
• avoid introducing additional states or concepts

No Derivative Works

The Breath State™ framework has a closed ontology.

Derivative works that:

• add states
• redefine terms
• introduce sub-states or hybrid states
• reinterpret Pause as recovery
• collapse Inhale or Exhale into techniques

are expressly prohibited.

Unauthorized derivatives are not considered part of the Breath State™ framework and may not be represented as such.

Reference to the Breath State™ framework does not imply endorsement, certification, or affiliation.

No individual or organization may claim official association without a written licensing agreement.
